There are a lot of project specification is different, but normally 10% of deviation from approved PQR but some of teh client spec. asking for max. 15%.

seperate from qualified range,the heat input depends to current & voltage.therefore in gmaw transfer mode change.e.g from spray to short circuit or vice versa,affect on deposition rate & depth of penetration.
