Sorry for that, but we want to know about the Vacuum chamber(Shell ID 3500mm & 9000mm WL to WL, MOC : SS-304L).
basically,
  • What will be the surface finish to get that vacuum level?
  • What will be the sealing type? (both ends are flangend)

we understand the  (1x10-6 mbar) means 0.0000001 mbar . But u do not under stand the reply. Kindly provide dimension details. U r  required process volume. Type of shape of chamber . i.e. cylindrical or rectanguler.
 
what type of information u want to know?
Vacuum System required?
Chamber  Plate Thickness?
