Hi, P-2 materials are no longer used and were replaced by P-No 3 materials. I Think P-No 2 materials in the 1952 Edition of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Thanks & Regards, (karthik)

Dear All, I couldn't find any P2 material classification in ASME BPV sec IX 2010 and earlier editions. What is the reason for omitting P2 designation by ASME .Is it intentionally left or by mistake?
