In some PMI reports, I found a comment written on the bottom side. The measured value of material alloying elements shall be within 10 percent of the specified level, and 12.5 percent for the weld base metal. From where tolerance has been taken. is it mentioned in any codes and standards & what standard did we refer to?Thank you for your support & Information.
