[MW:35286] Determination of PWHT for Thermal Spary TC cladding on 4145H base material

Dear Experts,
Could you please help clarify the criteria for determining whether PWHT is necessary for a thermal spray wear-resistant cladding process on 4145H base material? The cladding has a thickness of 0.125", while the base material thickness varies from 1" to 15". Are there any specific standards or guidelines to follow? I would appreciate your insights on this matter.
