Dear Tejas ;it's a schedule 20 pipeline . But you need to know about design pressure OR maximum allowable operating pressure and also operating temperatureGenerally, (gas )pipelines are hydrotested by filling the test section of pipe with water and pumping the pressure up to a value that is higher than maximum allowable operating pressure (MAOP) and holding the pressure for a period of four to eight hours.--On Wed, 14 Apr 2021 at 10:15, tejas kerzare <tejas.kerzare3@gmail.com> wrote:Dear All,--Please can you Provide Hydrotesting calculation of the steel pipeline having pipe API 5L Grade B.Pipe Size - 10 InchThickness - 6.4 mmTotal Length of Steel pipeline - 1000M.Thanking You!
