[MW:29247] Welding Consumable for welding EN 24 Cond V material

Dear Experts,

I have a job in which dia 25mm rod of EN 24 Cond V material is to be welded with 10mm thk Plate EN 24 Cond V Material. 
Fillet weld of 5 cfw. Kindly suggest me the welding consumable required for welding the same.
