Dear sirs,--We are going to conduct PQR for 3" x 5.49 mm with root ER 80S Ni1(Process - GTAW), fillup & final with E 7018 C3L (Process - SMAW) for LTCS pipe in our ongoing project. In the same project other company conduct same PQR but failed in impact test. As impact test conducted at -50 deg., Celsius. What are the precautions to be taken to conduct PQR without fail in impact test. As we purchased our electrodes which already impact test qualified at -50 deg., Celsius.Appreciate your valuable suggestions.
