[MW:25617] WPQ test; Examination length for roundbar: BS EN ISO 9606-1

Hi All,
Hope you all doing well.

Test Code BS EN ISO 9606-1
Client requested to carry out WPQ  test on roundbar 60mm dia.

I feel we need to weld 3nos. Joint of 60mm dia so that we achieve 180mm exam length (reqd 150mm)

Contractor want to weld only one joint saying consider it is 2"pipe.

Kindly advise with standard reference.
