Dear Ahmed,
You have not mentioned the required thickness of weld overlay.
Weld overlay on ID of Nozzle 3'' x 500 mm Long is very difficult to weld.
So to get better weld profile after weld overlay you need to do machine the nozzle ID to required thickness.
You can adopt UT for check the weld overlay thickness.
