[MW:25606] Impact test possible at -269 degree celcius for Helium line

Dear All,
Could you please advice that,Design temperature for Helium line -269 Degree Celsius. So I have to conduct PQR on design temperature but I have verified in Gulf countries,USA and Singapore Lab which is not possible to carry out at this temperature due to safety concern.

Anybody have done the impact at -269 degree Celsius. please provide the reference Lab to contact.

Material ASTM A312 TP 304L and 316L

Design code ASME B31.3,

Any alternative provision is available as per Design code like ASME B31.3,ASME Sec-VIII DIV -1 & 2 ,British code etc.
