First for flaw detecting - side wall lack of fusion you can get it by Ultrasonic testing A scan
or more clarity for 3 D you can get it by PAUT. By destructive testing method it is not
possible or utmost you may get macroscopic

It is not easy to check with destructive testing. If you want tha we should identify the
location of the defect. send the sample to lab. Ask the lab to get a cross section and carry
out macro examination which will help you to measure the defect.
