It is not easy to check with destructive testing. If you want tha we should identify the location of the defect. send the sample to lab. Ask the lab to get a cross section and carry out macro examination which will help you to measure the defect.

Hi,  You are correct, Minimum refers to the one cycle for which this part will expose until final work shop PWHT. hence mill test certificate shall include this.  Max.
