As i say, this is not pressure vessel.this is storage tank.

i asked to contractor about this situtation and finally i got information.

Design code : ASME Sec. VIII Div. I

Tank pressure : OPEN TO ATMOSPHERE !!!!!

Design Temperature: 50 Celcius

Wind Design Code ASCE-7 98/02/05/IBC-03/STS-1

Basic Wind Speed [V] 146.00 km/hr

Surface Roughness Category C: Open Terrain

Importance Factor 1.5

im confused !! design code asme sec viii but this is storage tank and open air !!!

how i can solve pqr and pwht issues ???
