[MW:19914] ACCEPTANCE OF NACT PLATE INSTEAD OF ONLY NORMALISED

One query related to acceptance of NACT plates instead of only Normalised.

For Shell:
SA 516 GRADE 70 - SOUR - NACE  - SEC VIII-II
THICKNESS - ABOVE 100 MM
PWHT TEMP = 621° C - MIN AS PER NACE
SIMULATION - NORMALISING + 3 PWHT CYCLE

For Heads:
SA 516 GRADE 70 - SOUR - NACE -SEC VIII-II
THICKNESS - ABOVE 100 MM
PWHT TEMP = 621° C - MIN AS PER NACE
SIMULATION - NORMALISING+NORMALISING + 3 PWHT

Que:

1. IF HEAT TREATMENT IS CARRIED OUT IS NACT INSTEAD OF NORMALISING THEN MILL IS GIVING THE GUARANTEE FOR ABOVE SIMULATION.

2. ............CAN WE REDUCE THE PWHT TEMPERATURE (LESS THAN 621° C) UP TO WHAT LEVEL ???, ............As some of the Mills are giving guarantee of 4 PWHT cycle with 600°C
