[MW:19963] DIN 8555 :E 1-UM-250 Vs EN 757: E 69 4Mn 2Ni Cr Mo 12

Dear All,
We are commissioning luffing crane, for the crane we are joining rails.
The rails supplied contractor recommended electrodes on the method statement"DIN 8555 :E 1-UM-250" now the same supplier wants to use EN 757: E 69 4Mn 2Ni Cr Mo 12.
Is both are same?

Regards,
Suresh
