Hi how is going,

Regarding the question P91 Pad to CS support welding joint PWHT required or not.

I would ask first question, are you not using this P91 highest Alloy steel family (A335) material due to high pressure and temperature, if yes. then why not going for Higher grade alloy like P22/P11 to avoid creeping defect as CS above 440 degree C start Graphidisation.

Designer should consider higher allow to avoid inconvenience in long run.
