1. With PWHT or without PWHT
With PWHT 650 deg C 180min
 
2. Size of Impact test coupon
10 x 10 x 55
 
3. Location of notch  ( weld center line, HAZ ( FL or FL+1 or FL+2 )
WCL & HAZ
WCL failed and HAZ passed
 
4. Base metal details  
SA516 Gr65 to SA516 Gr70
 
5. Test coupon size 
 
50mm test coupon
19mm SMAW with E7018-1 top side ,
12mm GTAW with ER70S2 middle and
19mm SAW with F7P10 EH12K bottom
