could you make a metallography both test probes, please?

Microstructure can give us important information.

I have tested one PQR where Impact testing (GTAW weld) got failed at -48°C & -35°C also;
 
Impact values
9 joules at -48°C
12 Joules at -35°C
 
 
I had received Filler wire with 3.1 certificate having impact tested at-50°C; kindly advise

 

Heat Input max

2.58KJ/mm Root run &

1.8Kj/mm for other runs
