HI Ali Samdani ,

I have not used ER80S-Ni1 for P No.1 of such Low Tempr , because this filler comes under ASME II C , SFA 5.28 and also for Low alloy steels.

But for one of the PQR for Minus 47 Deg C especially for P No.1 , I have used ER70S-2, it gives Avg 60 J .

Please confirm again whether any preventive measures you have taken for using Low alloy welding consumable to weld P No.1.
