As per UG-80 When Internal pressure applicable, We have to check Shell ovality as per code.
When External pressure applicable than Ovality and with the help of template circular form checking required.
Client is asking for internal pressure also, with help of template checking required.If you know any clause in ASME let me know and let me know any thumb rule and minimum length of template
