It is indeed a casting defect, please specify the diameter of Pin Hole to evaluate its acceptance, As per ASME B16.34 Appendix 3, diamter more than 13mm is unacceptable.
Assuming weld repair is required, does client spec mandate solution annealing after weld repair? if not, don't go for it.
Secondly, you must refer the ASTM spec and name of Alloy correctly, which out of 4 mentioned below is the the alloy you are dealing with:
Hastelloy C-4 Alloy,C-22 Alloy,C-2000 Alloy,C-276 Alloy
Matching filler using GTAW process with proper joint preparation and stringer bead of low heat input, will do the job, below are matching filler metals for each of the alloy outlisted:
C-4 Alloy - ERNiCrMo-7
C-22 Alloy - ERNiCrMo-10
C-276 Alloy - ERNiCrMo-4
C-2000 Alloy - ERNiCrMo-17
Simply out of curiosity, what is the application, looks like Sulphuric Acid?

>Dear friends,
We have a pump casing made from Hastalloy C, a pin hole found in the
casing during leak testing. (it could be casting defect). Thickness at
pin hole location is approximately 2.5"-3".
Does anybody has some sort of repair ideas/procedures or any other
reference material.
regards,
