[MW:14336] Yield Strength of API 5L

Dear all,
 
 
I need your advice about Yield Strength of linepipe material API 5L X65MO. As per API 5L 44 edition the value of yield strength is 570 MPa but the vendor propose to supply linepipe whereas the rest 4.5% of total linepipe produced may be outside of max YS requirements (600 MPa). Please suggest me about this matter. Thanks.
