EN 287-1 gives some example cases in attachment B of this specification.
For EN-ISO 15614 the following specifications are also mandatory and perhaps will help you:
EN-ISO 15607: Specification and qualification of welding procedures for metallic materials - General Rules
CEN-ISO/TR 15608: Welding – Guidelines for a metallic material grouping system
EN-ISO 15609-1: Specification and qualification of welding procedures for metallic materials – Welding Procedure Specification – Part 1: Arc Welding
As far as I know there are no such code cases available for EN-ISO 15614 as there are for ASME section IX.
