[MW:12272] Heat Input for the materials


Dear All Experts
 
Could any one suggest me about the heat input range for the different materials 
wheather it also depends on the welding procees
what will be the minimum and maximum heat input for the materials
I need to know heat input range for the materials like Carbon steel, Alloy steel, stainless steel, Inconel, clad steel,nonferrous alloy
their is any scientific formula for the heat input range

E71T-1C  is Charpy Impact tested at -20degC E71T-1CJ is Charpy impact tested at -40degC. AWS Classification for FCAW is only a supplementary...
