[MW:12252] NDE Personnel Qualification As per ASME B31.3

For NDE Personnel Qualification As per ASME B31.3 is it Mandatory to
Certify the NDE Personnel by Employer as per SNTC-SNTC-1A or Who are
qualified in NDE Level - II in the method from external Levle - III
will be sufficient.
