Theoretically, you need to carry out the PWHT once again. But as an lternate, you may calibrate the thermocouple and make sure it worked properly during actual PWHT. There are also some methods like, Hardness testing to understand/ensure proper HT. For such measures, you need to take Client into confidence.
But if it is practically possible and not very costly matter, it is preferable to carry out HT.
I hope this is useful to you.

Dear All,
As per ASME SEC VIII,pressure vessel for rich amine flush drum is
manufactured, for the same PWHT is completed by internal firing, so
contractor was not able to put the permanent blinds (used in Man
ways), along the vessel.
So contractor performed the PWHT for the permanent blinds with their
electric furnace. As the contractor calibrated the temperature
recorder for one year, but as per the standard requirement temperature
recorder should be calibrated for three months. As the requirement is
not fulfilled for calibration initiated an NCR for the above reason.
So contractor informed to calibrate the temperature recorder and to
perform the PWHT again.
My query is whether PWHT shall be performed once again for the
permanent blinds, r else PWHT required for the Permanent blinds which
is used in Manways.
Please clarify my doubt technically.
Thanks
