The pipe thickness

should be base on :
1. Liquid operation -type utilities
2. Chemical content
3.Pressure operation and not operation
4. Distance / and flow
5. Location (underground/ above ground / weather condition / temprature)
6.live time expected

Is the min. thickness is related to "Retirement Thickness"  and
