Dear Azmi,
-- As per ASME Sec-IX, If you are conducting a PQR with 3 cycles, the hardness value will be less than what you get in 1 cycle.
Since the PWHT is the process requirement, Hardness will definitely comes in to the picture where you have to prove that your welding after 1 cycle will give the expected hardness values as required. If the hardness comes more than the required after 1 cycle, you will be in trouble as you are not conducting the PQR after 1 Cycle.
So its better to prove your PQR with 1 Cycle and 3 cycle SPWHT.
