X-Ray is a electrical cathode ray tube,the electrons hit the tungsten target and emits the X-Rays, It can be used for thin sections to very high thickness,to expensive, Film sensitivity is very high,quality is very good, where as Gamma rays are artificial Isotope called 'Ir192'
used limited thickness ex:10 mm to 60 mm because of its wave length and penetration capacity
