Hi, WC9 is SA217-WC9.P.Number-5A according ASME Sec.IX. Welding variables for Hardfacing overlay shall be as specified in QW-250 for the applicable process. If your construction code is ASME Sec.VIII,Div.1,please refer to UCS56 for PWHT requirements for the base metal.If needed it shall be done as per UCS56 after hardfacing overlay.
