1. PQR to be used for my job thickness 6.0 mm to 13 mm
2. Material of construction is SA516 GR.70 plate.
3. Welding process to be involved is only SMAW.
4. Test coupon to be Normalized at 900 deg.C after completion of welding.
5. Bend test, Tensile, Hardness & Impact test to be carried out as per Sec. IX.
6. All joints to be single V type and to be back chip for final run.
