Dear friend,
Generaly you can demagnetize by 2 ways that what I know
1- preheating
2- rotate the welding cable around the tube with high current.

Hi Members,

We are suffering a problem in tube sheet. The tube sheet is P5A material (SA 336 Gr F22 CL.3) is magnetised.

We are not able to proceed the GTAW welding of tube to tube sheet.

We are not sure how it is happened. How can we demagnetise the tube sheet.

It is around 275 mm Thk and 3 mtr dia.

Kindly request the solution from experts.

Thanks & Regards
Muhammed Ibrahim PK
