[MW:5721] Equivalent for API 5L -X-52 and ISO 3183-3 -L 360 MCS

Dear all,
 
As per Drawing pipe material is APIL 5L grade X-52 but , can we use ISO -3183-3 L360 MCS material (Thermo Mechanically Treated) which is avilable at site .
 
Both the material is equivalent under Specifed Minimum Yield Strength(SMYS)..But what about other properties like chemical properties etc..will it differ because of heat treatment of pipe during manufacter...
 
Could any one advice on that
