Mr.Karthi,
Your statement is littlebit confusing for me,pls clarify whether i need to qualify seperate pqr(saw root+smaw outside after backgrinding) or shall i take the support of full saw pqr + full smaw pqr and make new wps alone.

Note:There is no backgrinding in any of these available PQR.
Because SAW ID & OD are welded same time so no backgrinding required for exsisitng wps/pqr,whereas for the new one SAW welded inside & outside we are backgrinding & doing smaw .

1.WPS & PQR for SAW only or SAW (root) + SMAW (cover) or any other process
2.WPS and PQR for SMAW or GMAW(root) + SMAW(Cover)
