I couldn't find equation readily but attachd is the table shows the relation of hardness vs Tensile strength for your ready reference.

Subject: Hardness value of european material
Dear all
Can anyone inform me when we want to find a European steel where we should refer? For example I want to find the harness value for P275NL2 & P355NL2 . But in the material standard (EN10028-3) not mentioned any things in this regards. Also If anybody know about any equation between harness & any other mechanical properties of steels.
