Dear sir ,

you need to cut circumference bevel location 45deg by machine
The calculation is 2times of run pipe thickness only you can weld.
for ex your run pipe thickness is 13 mm so you need to weld 26 mm only and during weld need to maintain the inter pass that is main.
pls find the pic. vertical down welding need to use.
