I need your valuable suggestion(s) for my question.
I have a WPS for listed material(Group 1& 2)qualified as per AWS D1.1,but now i need to qualify my existing WPS for unlisted materials like S355J2,ST52-3N, SS400,etc by adding supplementary PQRs with the same parameters of my existing WPS like process,filler,position,etc.
Can we add multiple PQRs (different materials grouping) into existing WPS for same process of welding without creating new WPS?
If can, how should i revise the my existing WPS and what are parameters to revise?
Please explore your comments.
