[MW:9486] Factory Name

Dear My. Friends:

We have found some flanges in a stock in Dubai with the following Marking ,it seems these flanges produced by one of the Italian MFG, Do you know this factory? This factory symbol is same as" N ".

If  anybody knows him Please let me know this company's Name and its Website.
