Hi, If your quality manual fulfill the QW201 requirement then you can use your sister concern WPS in your company. Your quality manual(welding control) shall specify as below.and you can use their wps. (i.e Welding Procedure Qualifications Record (PQR) made by " your sister company's name", as an Authorized ASME manufacturer under "your company name Group" with the same owners, may be used to support WPS's prepared by "your company name" without requalification.
