[MW:3174] Welding Issue

Hello, I'm in need of your knowledge, I need to make a WPS and a PQR
to weld two materials, both are api 5lx52 schedule 120 outside
diameter16", I cannot determine nor find the P number nor Group number
of this material.

I am also trying to determine what types of electrodes to use, wether
E60XX or E70XX if I'm not mistaken nor how many passes to make (I'm
thinking abot 6).
