FM check QW 356 of 404.14 for and QW-416.
FNO check QW 404.15
SFA no XX, 

What do you mean by XX?? just keep as it is, change SFA will change process irrelevant of equivalent.

If I am not Wrong please check below i have mentioned Range Qualified.

Groove and Fillet Weld

1) P No - 1 thru 15F,34,41 thru 49
2) GTAW ( Manual )
3) SFA No- 5.xx
4) Thickness - 11.08mm
5) F no- 34,41,46
6) Filler metal - Any
7) Position - All
