Hi  Gents, 

I have one doubt that we qualified two wps for branch connection as per bsen 15614-1 with branch angle 35degree , main pipe die 800mm branch pipe dia 400mm root gap 2- 5 mm without backing strip and another one wps  is same as above only different that rootgap  8-20 mm (widegap) with backstrip.test results was acceptable. in this both wps can i have to use the single joint .it means  the same degree of the branch joint  half of the joint where ever rootgap 2-5 mm  with out backstrip and another half of the joint wherever root gap 8-20 mm  with back strip based on above wps.please confirm.
