RE: [MW:29605] Simulation heat treatment

Simulation heat treatment is typically governed by design & construction code. Sec VIII, DIV-2 clearly specifies these requirements, wherever required. DIV-1 is a bit silent about it. As Sec-IX is a "supportive " code all design & construction codes, it does not call for any such requirement.
