Materials & Welding: [MW:27097] Base material selection criteria

Dear Experts,

Need your expert opinion for selecting base material grade for manufacturing API grade fittings.

I need to formed a Equal Tee of Grade X65, in this case can i consider base material as X56 or X52 PSL2 Pipe.

Customer piping spec. PSL2.
