ENiCrFe3 can be directly welded for both base metal and otherwise buttering on CrMo side as given in trailing mail

to weld this material first you have to make battering layer on PNo.5B uosing filler metal
E FeNiCr-3 with process SMAW After that you will make PWHT for PNo.5B and the battering layer.
After that you can use E309 electrode to PNo.8 to the battering layer without PWHT.

1. ASTM A335 Gr. P9 (9 Cr,1 Mo ) half coupling to ASTM A 240 Gr 310 plate fillet weld.
2. ASTM A335 Gr. P9 (9Cr, 1 Mo ) coil  to ASTM A 351 Gr.HK 40 plate
