3.1 certificate requirements for metalic products you can find out in EN 10204:2004Ed, It specifies about 2.2, 3.1 & 3.2 certificates requirements only.

I need to review material certificates regarding material grades, mechanical tests etc, these material certificates are ISO 3-1, I am familiar with ASME Section 1X which is where I would look for this information if I was working to ASME Standards, where would I find the same information working to ISO standards.
