Hi,
The welder can be accept for 3F and 4F shall be retested.Code doesn't restrict to reject both.But in some Project specifications/Customer rejects both if you do qualification 2 or more positions quaified at the same time.

But 3F weld somewhat ok and its accepted. I have to qualify this welder as per section IX.
