[MW:10438] ASME PQR Range

Dear Experts

 

Applicable Code – ASME Sect IX-2007

Weld Process - SMAW

Consumable used -  ENiCrMo-3.

Existing PQR qualified with  Incoloy 825 to Incoloy 825 & Incoloy 825 to Corten A  , both is using above grade electrode.

 

Please advise whether above  WPS/PQR can it be applied to  weld : -

 

1 -  Incoloy 825 ( P No ; 45 ) to SUS316L ( P No.8)

2 -  Incoloy 825 ( P No ; 8 ) to Carbon Steel [ Eblow ASTM 234 ]( P No ; ASTM A131 Group 1).

 Based on QW-423.1- seems possible

 

Also pls cautions/precaution required as well
