Dear All, I want to qualify some welders based on EN 287-1 and prepare WPQT Certificates&ID cards.I have some doubts to be clarified based only on EN 287-1. 1. Is it mandatory that client approved third party has to witness the WPQT as per EN 287-1? 2. Is it mandatory that Welder Performance Qualification Test Certificates&Identity Cards shall be prepared, signed and stamped by client approved third party? It will be highly appreciated if some could explain it by mentioning the corresponding clause as per EN 287-1.
