Yes it shall be approved by examiner or examining body(EN Approved examiner or Third party) as per EN287-1,section 6.1,
Certificate shall be issued by examiner or examining body as per EN287-1,Section-10

Is it mandatory that Welder Performance Qualification Test Certificates&Identity Cards shall be prepared, signed and stamped by client approved third party?
